Draft · within 9:30am–5pm

Morning — Arrive

Settle in, meet people, thesis in conversation.

  1. Come in the front door
  2. Walk around the bar to the other side
  3. Join us in the first ballroom portion

Staff will help you find us. Name tags will be ready.

Soft morning: look up at the atrium, breathe, then find the room.

Draft · within 9:30am–5pm

Midday — Useful work

Light together-work in the same room:

  • A quick Lens demo, with help getting set up
  • Small-group work
  • Startup working lunch — pizza-style delivery

Snacks, coffee, and pastries throughout the day. Incomplete setup is fine — coaches are in the room.

Draft · within 9:30am–5pm

Afternoon — Open studio

Ask anything with Nicky. Keep working the threads that matter before the day softens into evening.

Still at Embassy Suites — same room energy, more room to roam in conversation.

Early evening — drinks

Bar appetizers as the day softens. Nicky is bringing wine (corkage covered).

Ease out of the ballroom into conversation with a glass in hand.

Evening — dinner & entertainment

Then we head to dinner — bus or Uber, about 1.5 miles.

TBD Probably The Pinery (295 NE Ivanhoe Blvd). Nicky confirming.

After Pinery: options for independent enjoyment, plus a known spot where Nicky will be. Still exploring — we’ll post what locks.

We might meet once more over brunch nearby — relaxed, optional, no event-space close-out and no closing meetings.

TBD Likely Maxine’s on Shine · 337 N Shine Ave, Orlando · brunch Fri–Sun 10am–3pm · maxinesonshine.com

If you’re flying out early, you’re still fully part of the weekend.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown
191 East Pine Street, Orlando, Florida

Opened around the turn of the millennium as downtown’s all-suite atrium hotel — a vertical living room of open floors, plants, waterfalls, and art under a shared sky. Built for lingering conversation, not a windowless conference wing.

You’re steps from Lake Eola and the warm pulse of downtown Orlando. Let the atrium set the pace: arrive, look up, breathe. We’ll do serious work without forgetting the people in the room.

  • Atrium living room
  • Waterfalls & plants
  • Art under a shared sky
  • Downtown / Lake Eola

Formal room name still to be confirmed. Parking and drop-off notes will land here when set.

About an evening’s worth. Skim, don’t cram. If you haven’t finished everything, you’re still warmly welcome.

Three short films — place & context

Clusters 2, 3, and 4 from the NMX playlist — backgrounders on Central Florida beauty, Orlando’s history, and what’s alive here now. Not jargon. Watch what you can; bring one question.

Cluster 2

Sun, citrus & water

The light that makes this place feel like itself — lakes, orange groves in memory, and the soft heat of a Central Florida afternoon. A sensory hello before you arrive.

Cluster 3

How Orlando grew

From cattle trails and a railroad stop to a downtown that still surprises — neighborhoods, Lake Eola’s curve, and the people who shaped the middle of the state.

Cluster 4

What’s happening now

The creative and civic energy you’ll feel on the street this weekend — makers, music, new tables, and a city mid-reinvention that still knows how to linger.

Playlist link TBD — plus one talk by Nicky from the same NMX playlist. We’ll drop the URL here as soon as it’s ready. Nothing requires a paid subscription.
